- How much is the diagnostic / dispatch fee?
- A $125 dispatch and diagnostic fee secures your truck slot. It covers the technician's trip and on-site diagnosis, and it's applied toward your repair total when you approve the work on site.
- Will the diagnostic fee be charged right away?
- No. We place a temporary hold on your card to reserve the truck. The fee is only captured once a technician is dispatched, and it credits toward any approved repair.
- How does the arrival window work?
- You pick a flexible 4-hour arrival window rather than a hard appointment time. Your technician calls ahead before heading your way so you're not waiting around all day.
- What areas do you serve?
- We serve Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties with fully stocked service trucks and licensed, insured electricians.
- What if my repair costs more than the diagnostic fee?
- After diagnosis your technician gives you an upfront price before any work begins. Nothing extra is charged unless you authorize the repair, and the diagnostic fee is deducted from that total.
- Can I track my booking after I schedule?
- Yes. After booking you receive a tracking ID to follow your job live from dispatch through authorization, in-progress work, and completion.
